*The Blitz class is a high intensity class involving full range of motion strength training, agility, and cardio.
*Athletic Performance(this includes strength, speed, and agility specific to improving all athletic performance) for anyone signed up for a day class that is still in school, they may attend any class offered after school hours until school ends Ages 10-high school M-W-Fr 8AM,3:30,4:45, and 6 PM. 3 days a week.
